I wanted to send you a note of appreciation regarding the roof replacement and gutter replacement that your crews completed this week.  Your roofing crew was able to remove and replace my roof in one day. It was very noticeable that the crew is a veteran crew and they worked well together. It appeared anyone on the crew could do a variety of work functions, such as replace broken wood planks in the roof, roll out tarp paper correctly, cut out turbines, lay roof material as well as carry it up the ladder and onto the roof.

As you know, my fascia board had to be replaced in some locations around the house. Your crew that cut out and replaced the wood did a very nice job. They were careful to remove all the rotted wood, square up the ends as appropriate or cut them to 45° angles as well. They caulked around all the seems of the replaced wood sections and then painted the replaced wood to insure a color match to my homes current color.

The gutter crew also did a great job. The gutters were hung appropriately such that the water drained appropriately to the downspouts. All this was done with great care!

All three of your crews cleaned up after themselves and left my front, back and side yards clean of any debris. Great care was taken in the driveway to ensure no nails were left that could case a flat tire.

John, over all, I was very impressed with the quality work, material, and clean up of your crews. I would not hesitate to recommend Caliber Roofing to my friends and neighbors.
