Caliber Roofing and Construction is a licensed and insured roofing company founded in the spring of 2007 by brothers, Jeff and John Mance. Realizing the need most clients have for additional quality work on their homes, Caliber Roofing quickly became Caliber Roofing and Construction. Working upon the principle that good businesses are built one satisfied customer at a time, we are dedicated to providing professional, quality service to our friends and neighbors for all their roofing, roof repair, and contracting needs.

About Jeff: After receiving an undergraduate degree in biochemistry, Jeff graduated from N.C. State University with a Master’s degree in Architecture. Having worked most of a decade in architecture, furniture design, and construction management, Jeff helped his brother John establish Caliber Roofing. When Jeff isn’t focused on the roofing business and project management side of the company, he still designs and builds furniture for some of the most reputable manufacturers in the U.S.
About John: During college, John focused on engineering and history. After receiving his degree from Appalachian State University, John moved back to Texas where he has lived with his wife Stephanie and three children for the past 12 years. Initially, John worked as a history teacher and wrestling coach in Arlington for Bowie High School while working construction in the summer months. He now runs Caliber Roofing and Construction full-time, all year long.
