Will filing a claim raise my insurance rates?+
Storm, wind, and hail damage are typically classified as "acts of God," which generally don't raise your individual premiums the way an at-fault claim would. We're happy to walk you through how your specific policy works before you file anything.
What will I actually pay out of pocket?+
On a covered claim, your cost is usually just your insurance deductible — your policy covers the rest of an approved roof replacement. We also offer flexible financing if you'd like to spread out the deductible.
What if my claim gets denied?+
A denial isn't always the end of the road. Because we document every detail with photos and measurements up front, we can often support a re-inspection or a supplement. There's no cost to have us take a look first.
Do I have to pay anything for the inspection?+
No. Inspections are completely free with zero obligation — we get on the roof, document what we find, and give you a straight assessment whether or not there's damage.
How long does a roof replacement take?+
Most residential roofs are completed in one to two days once materials are on site. We give you a clear timeline before we start, protect your property, and clean up every nail when we leave.
Do I need a full replacement, or can my roof just be repaired?+
Not every damaged roof needs to be replaced, and we'll tell you honestly which is which. If a targeted repair is the right call, that's what we'll recommend — even if a full replacement would mean more revenue for us. We'd rather give you a straight answer and earn your trust for the next job.
