Missing, cracked, or wind-lifted shingles are patched with matching material. Where storm damage is localized, repair is often the right call before a full replacement.
Valley and ridge work
Open valleys and failing ridge caps allow water infiltration at the highest-stress points of the roof. We address these without touching undamaged areas.
Vent and penetration repair
Pipe boots, vent collars, and roof-mounted equipment develop seal failures over time. We replace the boot or collar and reseal the penetration properly.
Fascia and soffit
Rotted or damaged fascia and soffit boards compromise the roof edge and allow pest intrusion. We replace what needs replacing and paint to match.
Leak investigation
If you know there's a leak but not where it's coming from, we find the source first — before recommending any work. You won't pay for a repair that doesn't solve the problem.
